  2. Price-match guarantee may not include complimentary service offers.
  3. The product match must be in-stock at our competitor’s store.
  4. The product match must be available to the general public (not restricted to membership or voucher holders).
  5. We do not price match with online or third-party sellers.
  6. Price match guarantee is only applicable when the bike is paid for in full upfront.

At Velo Cycles, we’re doing our very best to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers. All of our staff use sanitiser before touching products and interacting with customers. Our mechanics all wear gloves and sanitise bikes and workspaces between each service.

If you’re feeling sick, we ask that you please do not come into the shop, and we promise we’ll do the same. We have hand sanitiser available for all customers.

In order to maintain a safe distance between people, We’re reducing the number of customers in our shop. We kindly request that if you have a concern or question about your bike that you call us first before coming in on +61 3 9381 0088.

If we’re busy, we may ask customers to wait outside so that we can reduce physical contact where possible.


We’re open Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm, Sat 10am-4pm, Sun and public holidays – closed.
