What do you wear when you ride?

There is a lot of cycle-specific clothing out there – and with good reason.  Clothing designed to fit snugly and not ‘flap’ in the wind, to breath so that sweat is wicked away, and in winter, some options to keep you warm are great if you’re doing longer distances. But for shorter ones, we reckon everyday clothing is great.

We’d always advocate reflective strips and clothing is a brilliant option for twilight, night time or bad weather conditions – that way a car’s headlights do the job for you.  But, what about Hi-Viz in daytime?  Is it all it’s cracked up to be?
